Cascadian Chargers

Reported on TO, the first Charger for the Cascadian Trains (Wash & Oregon) has been released from Siemens in Sacremento. Will they head north on Amtrak 14, or will one or more go to Pueblo, CO, for testing. Sightings appreciated. First of the seven is the 1400.
