Amtrak LA mechanical did not release the parking brakes on the locomotives after putting them into number 4s consist. The Southwestern Amtrak people are not familiar with the new locomotives, and are suffering the same learning curves and problems experienced when Siemens started shipping ACS64s East.

Nothing wrong with the equipment.
