Does anybody know where I can see kicking and dropping cars at?

Visiting California and my little son
wants to see Railroads kicking and dropping cars on a Railroad out here.

Do any of the class 1 kick cars anymore?or dutch drop? How about those
shortlines? Met? SJVR? I remembered VC in the 70s and 80s did all the time.
