AFAIK Las Vegas is not mentioned once in Prop 1a.

Besides what is the rest of California doing paying for a line from LA to Sin City so suckers can drop their social security and welfare checks outta state? The Golden State has 40% of welfare cases in the US and needs that gambling money to stay here.

Let Mssrs. Wynn and Adelson pay for the line if they want it. A while back Nevada got caught sending its homeless people to California. LA has thousands of homeless; maybe it can use PBCAHSR to relocate some to Vegas.
