So if SMART was smart it would work to divorce from NCRA before their association with the NCRA drags them down a hole they will never crawl out of. This situation is only going to get worse for SMART as it seems that NWP is actively working to create uncertainty by challenging all the public promises of SMART regarding paths and scheduling.
