Not at all unexpected. Manufacturing jobs are fleeing High tax high regulation states. Boeing has begun moving production from WA to SC and MS. Lockheed closed all production lines in CA and moved them to TX and GA. It is the way it is now, over regulation and nanny state thinking kills good paying jobs.
