Well, perhaps I would have been more accurate to say Cornerstone would add a second reload at K-Falls. For that matter, Collins almost certainly reloads lumber from Lakeview onto cars for BNSF at their operation in what's left of the Weyerhaeuser mill. For a whole lot of competitive reasons, cars loaded in Lakeview are not likely to end up on BNSF, nor would BNSF allow the use of their reloads for UP traffic. So, any existing reloads either of the shippers may or may not have are really immaterial to establishing new reloads that would bypass the railroad. And, as has been pointed out, such reloads are not uncommon, a closer example is the pumice mine at Tionesta that loaded cars on the SP/UP at Perez.
