I forgot to add that another item that I have is a 1912 timetable that gives speed restrictions for the Fernando helpers (2914 class) Engines running light at 25 miles per hour.
While not positive proof of assignment I find it interesting that they referred to the group like that. A retired SP engineer with a timetable collection that I talked to said that his collection from 1911 to 1922 had that remark in them.
