Well if the work is bogus, they sure are spending a lot of time on it! Large crews, lots of very bright lights for night work and it has been going on for quite a while now.

There are many new track panels stacked up in multiple locations for use as well as a lot of new ribbon rail (about enough for 2 main lines).

Sure would like to hear the official story here!
