I don't have any personal knowledge of the various tracks shown, but there clearly is a former track that leaves the existing rails and run parallel (up/down in the photo) to Adeline Street, but there is also a stub end of a track that clearly went down 3rd St (left/right in the photo).

If you scroll around in the original map link (or the one I provided below), the "Johnstone Supply" building (to the right on 3rd St) still has a siding, with rails visible that presumably connected to track in 3rd St at one time.
