COnsidering that all UP northbound manifest traffic runs through the Lake Yard, it's not surprising that a car destined for Seattle shows interchanged to the PTRR. In addition,the UP interchanges at Lake Yard with the BNSF. Nearly all of the cars that arrive at Albina on the EVEABN (or whatever the current symbol is) are returned to the BNSF via the Lake and PTRR.
