This is all correct the president of Mexico was in Baja august 28th 2008 with a lot of fanfare and military protection.He was there to validate the plan.The meeting of the land owners was one of the first stops for the president at the port site. The route will be public soon for the bidders to put their name in the hat. This plan will happen!!!! Mexico has a program to assist in infrastucture with money this is already working.The pieces are moving to the bidding and the Master Plan which will be published soon.(within 14 days) I know about the plan to tunnel through the mountains it is not a dream. I am in very close contact with a few players in this game of checkers. Poncho
