That siding location is east of the Palestine passenger depot, so regular passenger trains do not travel on that section of rails.

The freight business on the TSR tracks is run by the same Western Group that now runs the passenger trains on TSR, but freight operations are doing business under the name of
Texas & Eastern Railroad.
It should be noted that this freight deal was in the works before The Western Group took over the TSR management, so IPH deserves credit for getting this going.
