As far as I am aware, there is no connection to the national network at the west end of the TSR. And the east end connection of TSR had fallen into a poor state, with no freight moving since 1969 (see the linked article). The east end connection was rebuilt in 2013.

That rebuilt connection in 2013 made it possible for IPH to go looking for freight customers - and as a result Baze Chemical is now an active freight customer. Baze is located at the eastern end, in the area of the track connecting to UP that is not traversed by regular TSR passenger trains.
