IPH also took the initiative for rebuilding the main east of HWY 84 crossing at Rusk, where I believe there was/is a diamond with the Cotton Belt. It would be interesting to see how the TSRR-SSW diamond was protected.

I'd like to know when the TSRR main was taken up from that location into the prison/hospital and when did they last interchange with SSW. History on operations of the TSRR is so dark pre-1970's...

I don't know if Phase 2 is planning to put the main east of Hwy. 343, as Rusk wanted to put up an industrial park there with railroad access... Why has this taken so long?

Also no more tankers for car storage?
