If you are referring to the Espee gallery cars, the answer is no. Santa Fe spec'ed out the Hi - Levels for long distance comfort, with smooth riding outside swing hanger trucks. The extra glass panels curving up into the roof, as well as the extra lounge and service area downstairs, made the Top of The Cap Hi - Level lounge cars very heavy; in fact the Hi - Levels were the heaviest " Lightweight " passenger cars on 2 axle trucks, and the diner had to ride on 3 axle trucks.
