There should never be a pathway next to live tracks. It is an accident waiting to happen.
What is wrong with sidewalks and streets? This is just another waste of taxpayer money.
The tracks in question owned by SMART, are railroad tracks not lightrail. When all the NIMBY'S are finally gone it will be a working freight railroad.
