Here's a mental exercise for you all. Think up all the possible excuses that NCRA-NWP and SMART will use down the road to explain their failure to live up to all the grandiose promises and claims they are currently making. Try to imagine what kind of bs they will come up with when they run out of money and come back hat in hand demanding permanent subsidies for their occasional freights and doodlebugs.

I am still waiting for an assurance they are leaving room for 2 tracks.
