Is this forum willing to support a $4 per gallon fuel
tax? That's pretty much what the tax has been
across Europe for decades.

And that's what is funding the operations of the
many trains in Europe.

If you support the state Rail Plan and its vision,
it seems one ought to support a $4 per gallon fuel
tax.

And if you don't support the fuel tax, what will be
the source of the revenues needed to subsidize
the operations?

And, therein lies the rub.
