Ends justify the means? Mike Arnold to a tee. He will say anything and distort everything to derail trains through Novato . Read the distorted articles he has submitted and published by the Friends of the Eel river. By the way there is no poison pill allowing a bike path. SMART was never invisioned as completly double tracked. There are many many miles of ROW wide eough to accomidate passing tracks and a bike path.
