Author: BNSF Coal Train stuck in Tacoma?

At 6 pm I was heading North on HWY 509 towards Ceeco and saw a BNSF coal train (cars full)stopped in Tacoma. I could see coal cars South of the 509 and saw the train continue up to Reservation. There were two SD70MACS (I hope that's right, they were the creme color/dark green ones. I didn't see any DPU's.
When I came back South on 509 into Tacoma at 6:45, train was still there and had not moved.
At about 9:10 pm in Seattle on Royal Brougham Way, gates came down and a NB BNSF came thru pretty fast and it was coal train also. But there were 3 BNSF Pumpkin units on the front. I didn't get any numbers as I was heading onto freeway.
Anyone know if BNSF had locomotive problems and that is why they were sitting in Tacoma blocking "A" street? I assume this was the same coal train in Seattle, just different power on front.
Heading for Roberts Bank?
TIA
