We don't know what happemed yet. A bit of patience before we decide who should be burned at the stake, please.
That said, I make no defense of MTC or its long list of misspending funds on badly designed, wrong, grossly overpriced, projects. This is, as I have commented before, more evidence that we operate government to extort money from actually productive wage earners in order to hand it over to the kleptocrat/political contributor class.
As with 'a third rate burglary' there will likely be more to be learnt. It took 2 years to get the ultimate culprit, and even then, no punishment was meted out.
