GNP is a "front" for the crazy man "Tom Payne" who foundered with the Reading 2100 in Tacoma.
He is another "Don Kirk"-type who tries to sway millions out of local communities.
The Port of Seattle and the BNSF would do well to avoid this guy like the plague.

If you feel that he is legit, then how come there is nothing on Google about GNP ??
Where is their office ? Who are their Officers and Managers ?? Who is the stupid receptionist even ? See my point!
If you think King County and the Port are going to give this old dude millions, he better dream on.
