I believe it is Byron Cole...how much business is there left on this line...I understand he has a "spare" SW-1...can it handle it...I assume so.

Byron's Ballard Terminal and his other operation, Meeker Southern, are about the only shortline experience BNSF has in the area, except for George Stephenson's Mt. Vernon Terminal...the other BNSF shortline operators are too far removed from the area to have any interest in operating the line (in my opinion) and the current choice is probably the "default" option of choice.
