The UTU says Bush is expected to sign the bill, not veto it. Also, since congress is about to adjourn for the year, he could veto it or do a pocket veto if he wanted, since there wouldn't be anyone around to override the veto anyway. I doubt our elected represenitives would come running back to Washington to override any vetos this year.
