I spent considerable time along The Embarcadero while in The City for my honeymoon Sept. 10 - 13. I did not see any evidence of recent trackwork or activity. The car ferry slip @ Pier 43 is fenced off with signs promoting a coming restoration.
Question: Does the State Belt Rwy. still have a live connection with CalTrain ( ex - Espee ) in the area of 4th & Townsend ???
