The lines were connected in the west possibly but cut back and the Sacramento St. line terminus was definitely cut back to Fillmore in 1907. This article also lists whether the cable was on top or bottom at crossings. But nothing yet about getting into service from the carhouse.
The fact that the Sacramento St. line and the original California St. line terminated at Fillmore builds the case for re-extending to that vicinity.
