That is what they advertise as “Open space”. We ain’t makimg(very much) more land... and they can build with good sound reducing products, so property that might not have been desirable in the past is being revisited with price & location being re-evaluated.

RR’s sometime put up signs within view of new developments that state 24hr/365 operations so it is not so easy for developers to lie about track activity.
