Its one thing to complain that Bart's oddball gauge (not to mention the oddball propulsion voltage) was ill-advised because it has driven the price of new cars out of sight by making them custom orders. It's quite another to carp endlessly about it. I agree with you, the riders couldn't give a Flying Fickle Finger of Fate about the track gauge, but just think of what could have been done if Bart had chosen Brunel's 7' gauge . . .
