The vast majority of Drudge Report's content is, like the news package Larry used to put together for us here, a compilation of stories generated from a wide variety of sources. And not all of Drudge's story links are to right-leanding topics, either. Having read Drudge's tag line for the Obama/coal story, listened to the various audio links, and read the transcripts and comments from various sources, it doesn't appear anyone took Obama's words out of context. If anything, they put them into context. In one sentence, Obama said he'll create a cap and trade system for coal-burning plants. In a subsequent sentence, he said this cap and trade system will bankrupt certain coal plants. A+B= he said he'll create a cap and trade system that will bankrupt certain coal plants. His words; not Drudge's or anyone else's.
