San Jose, SVLG, Palmdale real estate developers, and naturlich the Ranch will have to intimidate and compromise some new people. Whoever agrees to try to operate this thing will have to be directly compensated by the State as it will not generate any profits, only subsidies.

And turning Gilroy into another part of San Jose is just so eco-green.
