Your Kool-Aid box is missing a few pieces. Feinstein and Pelosi have nothing to do with Gavin and the CAHSR dwarves. The current exercises have to do with the Authority, not Feinstein and Pelosi. Perhaps you need to learn to read, or at least get a different flavor of Kool-Aid.

What I'm seeing here is that standard change-of-Governor change in CAHSR management. Yes, it's been a while since the last reshuffle. Perhaps this time we won't get new ones that as overtly part of the consultant system, but unless the state plans on actually staffing the Authority with people who can actually do the work, the consultants will continue to rule.
