Hi Misty,
Yes there will be freight trains by late spring. Work trains. They will be hauling new ties and ballast to rebuild the tracks..... Perhaps now you can focus on Novato and the urban sprawl they are planning alongside the ROW north of downtown. With the Potter damn deversion thats more demand for Eel river water in Marin county.
