Now the real question... WHAT CAN BE DONE TO GET TRAC and Railpac to work together again . . . Now that the the troublemaker are gone can you please make a try at getting TRAC & Railpac together . . . I belong to both group and like both groups. There are others like me and we are tired of the bickering.

Sorry, I missed the memo about Hell freezing over. There remain a couple of silly people who think this is a good idea. There are two groups because there are different ways of approaching the matter; those who have similar beliefs work together, as it should be; that way things can get done. Let each group be, and if they happen to agree on some issues, fine; if not, fine.

If the groups so-called work together, that's when the bickering will start anew. You can dislike that all you like, but if one side takes power, the other side will resist; that there are sides may bother you, but it's pretty clear which side you are on from your email; that you are on one you cannot see because you are blinded by your righteousness. If the groups cooperate and one side takes power and merges them, a new group will form from the ashes, as so it will go.

Give up. Stop worrying about "bickering". There hasn't been any in years, except when a few of you sillies claim that there is and start the whole "let's all wear flowers in our hair, hold hands and support Amtrak" mantra anew. Work for better chooches in the way that works for you; join either, both or neither as to your taste; and stop this naive, destructive clamor for so-called cooperation. Cooperation equals subjugation and instability and ultimately harms our common cause.
