WA probably has hundreds of miles that could or will come up in the next 10 years. Hard to see them getting saved this time around. WADOT seems only so amused by the ones they own now, you won't see them clamoring catch the falling knife.
Question with Frontier is if they / their portfolio is on borrowed time or if they are slowly, if not as 'pretty' as busier shortlines, giving them enough time to get stable. Considering the traffic on some of them, that you can see evidence of trackwork should give them some credibility.
