Schnabel car to Songs ??

One of the girls over at TO have taken photos in the dark of a Schnabel car moving empty to West Colton through Arizona at 30 mph being towed by a lone NS unit.

Someone said it was billed to Watco Miramar. Sounds like misdirection.

Is there anything at SONGS that needs a Schnabel car and is not totally radioactive? Does the failed, but fairly new, Mitsubishi turbine fit the bill?
