The unit pulling the car is CSX, not NS.

The Nimby's around here want SCE/SDG&E to get all the radioactive stuff out of San Onofre, locally known as SONGS, located near CP SONGS on the RR. And yeah this is in Watco's "Pacific Sun" switching area.
