As I've said before, throw enough roadblocks at this thing and the Chinese will take the 3/4
trillion (or so ) dollars we send them every year and build a nice big deep canal across middle
Nicaragua and then none of this will be an issue. If they hurry they can save the UP the cost
of finally double tracking the Sunset.
