"Import" and "export" refer to international transactions, not interstate transactions. Besides, "import and export taxes" on goods sold between two states have been prohibited by the Constitution since 1787. In this day and age, US import duties on single items like those sold on ebay, such as from Canada or the UK, are virtually non-existent.

> Every state has at least one or both.

Incorrect. Each state has "sales taxes", and these also apply to items sold within the state at places like a local hardware store.
