"Garrison", two R's, and yes, it's just (SP) West of McKay. It doesn't appear as a station in roadmaster's charts or ETT's of the 1930s. Last I saw it used was for unloading tanks. And yes, I meant South Vandenberg. Casmaila and Antonio were two sidings that were replaced by Devon which was installed when Vandenberg was built, and there were spurs at Arlight and Arguello. Antonio was within sight of some remote control ICBM sites. Be worried when the lights started flashing red.
