Per Amtrak's website, Southwest Chief's (train #3) on time arrival at LA Union Station is 69% for the past year, and 90% for the month of November. You can check out any of the on time arrival statistics at [www.amtrak.com]. Look 3/4 down the Amtrak home page for the "Historical On-Time Performance" link.
