You are not saying anything new.
As stated in my first post in this thread, the most violent event in Pittsburgh during the Trump era was when a gunman who was angry at Jews burst into the Tree of Life synagogue and shot 11 Jewish men and women to death. A friend who is a member of one of three congregations worshiping at the synagogue was about to enter when he heard the shooting. Fortunately, he has not been physically harmed.
Today marks the second anniversary of that event.
So is that event definitional of the Jewish experience in the United States?
For a few days after, there were memorial services, vigils and all sorts of expressions of support to the families and friends of the victims and to the Pittsburgh Jewish community at large. Is that definitional?
