Then why is it so easy to tell if someone's on a cell phone while driving a car? But even if the individual were looking at a warrant or whatever, wouldn't this be a problem if the train is moving? And the fact is that, at least as alleged by the lawyer for the various dead and injured passengers, there were several cases where a specific complaint was made, as well as a supervisor finding the phone switched on in Sanchez's grip. SOMEONE must have figured out what was going on. Yet OPRRMS has said Sanchez had a clean discipline record. Be interesting to hear what happened to the bust over the phone in the grip. Connex/Veolia, of course, is lawyered up.
Actually, if OPRRMS is in fact a Connex/Veolia employee, as he seems to hint he is, he'd be subject to discipline, as far as I can see, for posting on this here. Kinda shows you where those folks are at.
