< Thanks Dr. Z. Reason I ask: there's a map from the trainorders subscription site of the Oakland Terminal Railway circa 1950s that shows the lead that runs down 23rd and thence to Pacific Pipe down Kirkham as joint SP-ATSF.

The OT ran from the AT&SF in Emy down Poplar St (the route of the the Key Systems A and B lines) to Kirkham St, where it interchanged with the SP and WP. As I recall, the OT was owned by the WP, SP, and AT&SF. None of the three used the track.
