Subthread: Buildings Near Maggie Tower

Here's a 1965 aerial photograph showing the area near the Adeline St. overpass. I marked the buildings in question with numbers. Can anyone help me identify?

Only building 9 remains. I suspect it houses something to with a compressor to power switches but I don't really know.
