The Tidewater Southern had two Alco RS-1s that had been built for Spokane International and were acquired by the UP when they took over that road. They became TS 746 and 747, and ran for awhile with TS lettering and UP paint before being painted in WP green and orange. The 746 was sold to Central California Traction and became their number 80, while the 747 was eventually scrapped. The CCT 80 is currently the property of Jim Bruggere and is stored in Willits, CA. I understand that Portola is trying to acquire it.
Regarding the SN electrics, in later years the 652 became a "hanger queen" and was stored at South Sacramento, supplying parts to the other two. Lately, it's been undergoing a cosmetic restoration at Rio Vista Jct., although much of its equipment is missing.
