Since we've technically had "high speed" services in the NEC for nearly a hundred years.... Doesn't that count?

So, even if the Siemens sets that the SJC will use to provide service are 125 mph. capable (assuming this first dedicated HS track segment from Wasco to Chowchilla is ever actually finished someday....????, he'd still be wrong.....
