$800,000,000 for Amtrak?

Good news for Amtrak. In their "economic stimulus" package, the House of Representatives wants to give $800,000,000 to Amtrak "for the repair, rehabilitation, or upgrade of railroad assets or infrastructure."

Sorry, I found no references to the NWP.
