Stampede tunnel.
Is it easy to get to without 4WD? Looks like a maze of forest service roads and a far drive from the interstate 90. I'm thinking of possibly visiting the area when the cold temperatures are gone; is there any other access to the tracks between Auburn and Cle Elum, WA? Maybe something a little more car-friendly?

Also while I'm thinking of it, Is the "hobo camp" still there at Scenic, WA over the tunnel (of course on the Stevens Pass line)? How about the camp on the East side of the pass, at Berne's East side. There was one last time (2002) down the dirt road near the Gaynor Trestle, on the old alignment, before the current trestle was built.
