CCT 42 and CCT 80 are in Willits. Copper thieves have been at both of them to spite my best efforts and with the WPD's help. 80 is near Commercial street behind a security fence that is breached on a regular basis. In the past few weeks the fence has been damaged on 5 or more occasions, and six cars have been broken into. They are all secure for now. 42 is north of 80 by about 1/3 mile. WILLITS YARDMASTER
